Riyaz Dharamshi
Founder and CEO
Before founding Missingwealth, Riyaz spent over 15 years solving complex operational and financial challenges at global organizations including Amazon, TELUS, and Texas Instruments. Riyaz was invited to speak at the 2023 and 2024 annual conferences of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO), the leading association for unclaimed property professionals, where he presented on institutional due diligence and notification practices for unclaimed property. Riyaz founded Missingwealth to modernize estate due diligence by creating a repeatable, structured process for institutional notification and asset confirmation across Canada and the United States.
Robert Chan
Co-founder and CTO
Robert has nearly two decades of experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams. He earned his Bachelor of Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo and pursued advanced studies in Machine Learning at Stanford University. His background spans startups, growth-stage companies, and global enterprises, including engineering leadership roles at Amazon. At Missingwealth, Robert oversees platform architecture, data integrity, and process automation to ensure institutional outreach is systematic, secure, and defensible.

Alice brings over 15 years of experience in software development supporting global financial institutions. She later transitioned into healthcare administration, managing complex billing and insurance claims processes.
