Note: You will be provided detailed instructions in your order confirmation email.
In order to process your order, you agree to provide the following supporting documents:
Signed letter of Direction (template can be found here) by Estate Trustee(s) / Executor(s)
Notarized death certificate (document from funeral home / cemetary is acceptable)
Notarized Will / Court Appointment showing the authorization of the Estate Trustee / Executor or Intestate Affidavit (template can be found here)
A high resolution scan of these documents will need to be uploaded onto our secure portal.
