Documentation Policy

Before we can process your order, you agree to provide the following documents:

  • 1 copy of Letter of Direction signed by Estate Trustee(s) / Executor(s)

  • 1 copy of Notarized Death Certificate (document from funeral home / cemetery is acceptable)

  • 1 copy of Notarized Will / Certificate of Appointment (showing authorization of the Estate Trustee(s) / Executor(s))

We aim to provide an initial report within 5 business days of receiving the documents in the mail and the final report in 30 business days.
